  • Registered Nurse with Annual Practicing Certificate and at least 2-3 years post registration experience in a similar environment is preferred for this role.

  • Collaborating with community stakeholders and the interprofessional team to deliver care that prioritises unmet needs of our patients.
  • Undertaking comprehensive, holistic assessments within culturally appropriate frameworks, providing care for patients in both primary and unplanned care areas
  • Providing high quality care within the primary care/Short stay/urgent care setting to enhance the experience and wellbeing outcomes of children, adults, and whānau within our rural communities.

This role will suit an experienced Practice Nurse who displays a caring and flexible approach to patient care. You will enjoy working within a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, while also at times working autonomously as you support and manage our patient’s health and wellbeing.
